Introduction to Canine Massage Workshop

Enhance your dog’s health through a greater understanding! This course was the first of its type back in 2003 and has now been presented all over the world. This course has evolved over the last 15 years inline with changing and developing knowledge and experience. It is always in great demand so book early to get the date and location that most suits you! This workshop is both a practical and theory session and is intended to introduce both handler and their dogs to the benefits of massage. It is primarily for those who have no massage experience or knowledge of animal anatomy.

The course will give practical instruction to enable the application of three techniques and learn a little about what is under a dog’s skin. How massage can influence this, through the understanding of how mobility issues can impact on the dog’s general health as well both psychologically and physiologically, especially in cases of arthritis and many other issues affecting mobility.

This course is held in a dedicated training room that is dog friendly.  There is ample good walking for your dog during lunch and break times.  Parking is available near the training room. Please bring a pencil, paper and colouring pens and wear sensible clothes, suitable for undertaking the course.

A course you can bring your own dog too – if not you can always borrow a Galen dog!

LOCATION:  Near HORSHAM, WEST SUSSEX.
