I have lived in the lovely North Norfolk area for the past 7 ½ years, having grown up in Stoke-On-Trent. I was raised with the usual childhood pets of hamsters, budgies, tropical fish and my favourite - dogs. I now share my life with two rescued dogs - Milly (Bischon Frise) and Charlie (Toy Poodle), along with my family.

I started my working life in office and administration and since living in Norfolk I have worked in the Reception and Bookings of a local holiday park. I became interested in canine massage when my elderly dog - a collie cross who I had since she was six weeks old, developed age related arthritis. I used massage on her generally to try and ease her stiffness in the morning and I realised that it helped.

Once I found out that I could learn more about canine massage, I enrolled through the Animal Care College and completed the Anatomy and Physiology course before continuing onto the Canine Massage Course. At first my wishes were to only carryout massage on my own dogs and to understand how massage works to assist in my dogs wellbeing. After completing the course and working on case studies during the course I realised how beneficial massage is and I want to be able to help any dog which is in need.

I believe that like humans dogs benefit from massage for relaxing, bonding and healing. I think that it helps both the body, mind and soul.
